Special Event Saturday Rental Fee:
Clubhouse and Deck Area:   $750
White Tent:                          $1000-$1500
Both:                                    $1500-$2000

Special Event Club Rental Fees Include:
Use of the above location(s) for a 5 hour event. Extra time maybe purchased if available and agreed upon at least 2 weeks prior to event.

Clubhouse Rental fee includes the exclusive use of the clubhouse, banquet room and covered deck areas. Does not include use of grounds or the white tent.

White Tent Rental fee includes the exclusive use of tent area and club grounds and may include use of the clubhouse, banquet rooms and deck areas.

Ceremonies on site:
Quarry Hill is a beautiful setting for ceremonies. Available upon request - certain time and date restrictions may apply. Ask for details.

Bar:
Fully stocked cash bar or if you wish open bar.

Servers:
Courteous and attentive wait staff. Appropriately dressed in white shirt with tie and black pants for wedding receptions for other formal events kahkis, white shirt and tie.

Menu:
All dinners served buffet style and must be selected at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event (Please refer to our menus for selections).

Price Range:
Customized menus, as well as, wedding packages.
